Requirements for Housing Loan

Having an account with BOC

Certificate of Employment, if employed, stating the number of years in service and the present gross monthly salary exclusive of other monetary benefits bonus, commission, etc.)

Real property or chattel duly registered in the Borrower's name and corresponding insurance cover, if any

Police Clearance or Certificate of Good Character from Community Leader and copy of Credit Card(s), if any

If business proprietor, certified copies of Certificate of Business registration, latest audited Financial Statements, Business Permit or License

Age: at least 20 years old

Maximum 60 years of age when the loan agreement ends. If applicants have co-borrowers, the bank will consider from the younger age

Applicants must not be in debt or have name on a blacklist

Family book, identity card, title deed, stock-raw material deed, or other effective documents may be required
